Redaelli has taken the commitment to apply the highest ethical standards in the conduct of its activities. The ethical code outside the core values of the company (Integrity, transparency, legality, impartiality, prudence) and represents the framework for decision-making and was developed to translate these values into principles of conduct that the Recipients of the Code are required to follow in the family business and its activities. Ethical values are, therefore, our relationships with customers, suppliers, shareholders, competitors and the communities in which we operate, and among the employees, at every level, in accordance with the guidelines of the Code. The set of principles laid down in the code is also essential for the prevention of the offences provided for in Legislative Decree No. 231 of 2001 and is formally an integral component of the same model of organization, management and control.
